Russia detains IS suicide bomber plotting terrorist attack India

Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) on Monday has said that its officers have detained a suicide bomber , a member of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) who was associated with plotting a terrorist attack on the leadership elite of the country, reported by Russia's news agency Sputnik and Tass. '' Russia's FSB identified and detained the member of Islamic State International Terrorist Organization banned in Russia, the detained individual is suspected to be a native of central Asia ( Kazakhstan , Uzbekistan , Kirgizstan , Turkmenistan & Tajikistan) who planned to commit a terror attack by self detonating against one of the ruling elite of the the country."  The agency reported . Agnipath Scheme

  "Once a soldier , always a soldier." What is Agnipath Scheme about ? The Govt. of India was planning for tour of duty to decrease the average age of our armed forces and to keep the forces young and energetic also to cut the major portion of our defense expenditure on salary of defense personnel and their pension. At present , the average age of Indian Army is 32 years and scheme targets to bring this down to 26 years. Under the scheme 45,000 - 50,000 men and women will be recruited annually into the forces for a term of 4 years. However , the scheme will absorb back best of 25% of agniveers into respective services after 4 years and would be allowed to serve for another 15 years. What are the eligibility criteria ?
